Loyalty – Rewards for Regulars

At Maison dix-huit we like to say thanks, we really do appreciate your business and so we’ve invented dix-huit PLUS to reward regular customers, just follow a couple of simple steps to get your dix-huit PLUS rewards.

Step 1 – register to be a dix-huit PLUS member.

Step 2 – choose what loyalty plan you would like to join.

Step 3 – enjoy discounts, priority access to events, information and education around all that’s good in the world of coffee.

Loyalty plans

Plan 1: Coffee Bonus

Ask at the counter to receive a free dix-huit PLUS loyalty card. Every time you buy a coffee, get your card stamped. Once you have 9 stamps, the next coffee is on us!

Plan 2: Everything Bonus

Coming soon........ Once you have your dix-huit everything card, you get credited with all your purchases and then depending on your monthly spend, you could get 5%, 10% or 15% discount on all you buy in the following month. Buy every month, get discounts every month.

The small print

  1. To benefit from the loyalty schemes you must register as a member
  2. Registration is just name plus a contact method (phone or email)
    1. We promise and guarantee to never sell or give your details to anyone (privacy is important)
    2. If you opt in to communications, you can receive other periodic offers along with information around coffee.
    3. We promise to never bombard you with messages. You can opt out whenever you want.
  3. The two loyalty schemes cannot be used together, it’s one or the other.

Subscriptions – Coffee Delivered

Get your coffee delivered to you, at your cadence, with the beans you choose - for those slow days working from home or that Saturday morning kickstart. Regular deliveries of your favourite coffee beans, capsules and Matcha – amend, pause or cancel at any time.

All subscriptions come with discounted prices and free delivery!

Subscriptions can also be packaged as a gift, a great way to reward a team member at work or say thanks to a loved one or maybe just a traditional happy birthday.

Step 3 – enjoy regular delivery, discounts, priority access to events, information and education around all that’s good in the world of coffee – Don’t forget you can amend your order specification every month (try a new bean) you can suspend your shipments for a month (maybe you’re on holiday) and just cancel whenever you want.

Plan 1: Pre-paid subscription

For whatever beans you want, ground how you want, delivered how you want. Choose from 3, 6 or 12 month options and it’s a simple, factor and forget, let dix-huit PLUS handle the hassle.

Plan 2: Rolling weekly or monthly deliveries

Choose your beans, choose your grind, choose your delivery frequency and then every month, everything happens, with zero stress.

    1. A Direct Debit payment to be set up.
    2. Amend, suspend and cancel require 1 months notice.
  5. Rolling subscription fees are collected at the same frequency as the delivery schedule.
